SALT funding for town's Viking Cubs
The Scarborough And Locals Together (SALT) charity has made a donation of £950 to 49th Scarborough Viking Cubs towards their Robins Wood Trip in November.
The Cubs are going to Robins Wood Activity Centre in Cumbria in November to celebrate their Akela (Val Rowntree) achieving 40 years as a Cub Leader, all of it based at the Eastfield Scout Group.
A Viking cubs spokeswoman said: “We really would like to thank SALT for its support.”
