A WHITBY man is joining a group of leading Yorkshire artists to exhibit his work later this month.
Keith Blessed and 32 other artists are celebrating the tenth anniversary of the refurbishment of Pickering Memorial Hall by holding the exhibition, to run from 27 May to 3 June.
Keith, who has a gallery in Grape Lane, thought he would never paint again after contracting an infection of the heart but has since made a succesful recovery.
The work will include paintings, ceramics and woodcraft and will range from contemporary to traditional.
A preview show will be held on Thursday 26 May at 7pm where the artists will be on hand to discuss their work. All work will be for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going towards the memorial hall.
The exhibition will be open daily from 10am-5pm.
Admission is free and refreshments will be served throughout the day. For more information email email@example.com
