TRICIA Cole held her unbeaten record on her cob Oliver to take the introductory section and clinch the Beckside Livery Stables dressage championship.
She won a rug from Croft Cast signs for her efforts on the final night of the 2011 series which has been hailed as “fantastic” with lots of new faces willing to try the sport for the first time.
The under 14s went to Becky Tookey, giving her a first win at dressage and knocking Emilia Fandaousaki off top spot for the first time.
But she still held on to her lead in the championship, taking the trophy and prize from Redwood equestrian Scarborough.
The preliminary went to the youngest competitor in that class - Millie Draper - on Andy, showing the adults how to do it.
This was the most hotly-contested championship with only one point between Sarah Little and Rachel Tolhurst going into the final but Sarah held on to win the rug, sponsored by farrier Danny Elliott farrier.
The final class of the day went to Rachel Tolhurst who also clinched the championship and vouchers sponsored by Millbry Hill.
It was a fantastic result for her mare who had a life-threatening illness last year and is lucky to be alive.
Organisers thank all sponsors, judge Kay Brandon and the competitors for making it the best year yet.
