The Seasiders have received £27,000 at part of the Football Stadia Development Fund programme and this will allow them to replace the roof on their scratching shed, while also working on the playing surface at the Turnbull Ground.

One luxury of the 2020/21 season Northern Premier League Premier Division now officially being curtailed is that the work can begin shortly and they are now set to have at least three months to improve the facilities at their home in readiness for welcoming supporters back in the summer.

With finances tight for non-league clubs in the current climate, the fantastic work of the club’s treasurer Craig Moth has yet again proved to be a massive help to supporting the Turnbull Ground-based side during this time and without him securing this grant none of these improvement works would have been possible.
