Blues full-back Callum Martin will sit the fixture out, after hobbling off with a groin injury in Saturday’s win at Marine, and is expected to be unavailable for around 10 days.

Kieran Weledji is expected to come back into the side, after impressing in Martin’s position at times this season.

Dale Hopson is also expected to be in contention for a return to the starting line-up, after recovering from an ear infection that has seen him sit on the bench for the previous two fixtures.

The Seasiders will start the game in third place, after a 2-0 midweek win for Buxton saw the Bucks leapfrog Chris Hardy’s side into second.

They do, however, go into the fixture on the back of a dominant 4-1 win at Marine, last Saturday, while the visitors also ran out 4-1 winners in their last outing, against Ashton United.

Kick-off at the Turnbull Ground is 3pm with admission £10 for adults, £6 for concessions, £2 for Under-18s and Under-16s free when accompanied by a paying adult.
