Fylingdales Football Club (pictured right) are still on the lookout for a new first-team manager, following the resignation of John Cuffling.
Cuffling, who has spent two seasons at the helm, has moved on following this campaign with the Scarborough News Sunday League club.
Club secretary Holly Gray said: “We’re still on the lookout for a new manager, after John’s resignation.
“We have a candidate in mind.
“Naturally we were disappointed but we’d like to pay a massive thank you to John for all his hard work and dedication at the club over the last two years.”
Despite struggling for a reserve side, Gray insists that the club will carry on running two sides heading into the 2016/17 season.
“We’re very proud of the club and really want to keep two sides going,” she added.
“It’s a shame that teams in the Scarborough League are folding, but for a little village, we’re doing well and we really want players to stick with out club”
