Whitby Town report

Early on, left-back Ibou Touray forced Bland to save with his knees after cutting in off the left and Ryan Brooke's far post header was cleared off the line as the visitors piled on the pressure.

Seconds later, Abadaki hit the near post and Bland's back with a sudden snapshot.

For the Seasiders, a neat move ended with the recalled Mikey Roberts forcing David Parton to save full-length to his left from the left-edge of the box.

The match was decided in a frenetic seven minutes which yielded three goals.

First, Dale Hopson's solo run from the left of the box ended with a neat finish into the bottom right corner. however, Nantwich levelled almost from the kick-off as Abadaki slid home Joe Mwasile's left-wing ball, on the break.

Another lightning breakaway then saw Abadaki slide under Bland after Luke Bythway slipped, before completing the scoring after a run with a suspicion of offside culminated in a ball from the left for the lively 11 to turn home at the far post.

Only the temperamental Turnbull Ground floodlights ever threatened to derail the away win in the second half, the Blues staying in third place after this result.
