Where the council has spent its cash?

I READ this article with interest but have concerns about what is not being revealed in these figures.

How and where does SBC spend our cash? - ie the income generated in our area excluding all external grants.

These figures were asked for over my four year term as a councillor but never provided.

SBC is made up of four areas - Northern, Central Rural, Central Urban and Southern.

What income is generated by SBC for their use in each of these areas? - eg from the SBC percentage of the community charge, car park revenue and fines etc etc.

How much is spent by SBC from that income on services, maintenance and regeneration in each area?

Should there be another Freedom of Information request to see how our money is spent?
