I am writing to tell you my views about young bicycle riders.
They often ride very fast on pavements zig-zagging in between shoppers when the town is very busy.
They are going far too fast in the circumstances and it is so very dangerous.
If they must ride on the pavements, which I think they are allowed by law, they should have more consideration.
I saw a young lad fall off his bicycle a few weeks ago and really hurt himself. He had no helmet on and also fell onto a main road.
My view is that all riders should have to take a test and their bikes should be checked for good brakes, lights, bells and they should all wear helmets at all times.
