Woman bailed following Valley Bridge disturbance
A woman has been charged with assaulting a police officer following an incident at Valley Bridge.
Police were called to Valley Bridge at 7pm last night (Thursday, December 8) following reports of a disturbance involving a 21-year-old woman.
The woman was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer, threatening behaviour and obstructing the police.
She was bailed to appear in front of magistrates at a later date.
