Police investigate 'sabotage' on railway line at Bridlington
Investigations are underway after vandalism was spotted on the railway track in Bridlington.
Police said they attended a 'disturbing incident' last night where the grooves on a pedestrian crossing had been packed with stones and concrete laid on the line.
A message from the police on Twitter said: "This could have caused damage to a train, if not a serious accident."
