A charity concert is being held by Fyling Hall School to raise funds for the Nepal Earthquake fundraising cause.
Organised by Sam Wormald, head of music at the Robin Hood’s Bay School, there will be reknowned acts and some local talent too.
Topping the bill with a familiar face is Luke Pearson from Bare Wires and Jack Hogarth.
Also on the line-up are Tapsalteeri’O, Curse Pie and the Amplifier, Phil Moore and Friends, George Husband andMiles Pascall.
Musicians from the school will also be taking to the custom built stage at the special concert on Thursday July 2 from 7pm onwards.
Mrs Wormald said: “We would love for the local community to join us for a relaxed evening of good music and good fun in a breathtaking outdoor location.”
Tickets cost £7.50 per adult and £5 per child. Bring a picnic blanket and a hamper. Parking provided free of charge and tickets can be obtained from 880353 or at Music Port in Whitby.
