Pubs add colour to holidays

Two local pubs are brightening up families' summers with free meals and a Â£1,000 family holiday up for grabs for Scarborough's most colourful residents.

A Â£1,000 family holiday up for grabs for the most colourful selfie photo.

Hungry Horse pubs, the Scarborough on Market Lane and Byways on Station Road are going the extra mile to help brighten up the holidays for one lucky family by giving away a family holiday for the most colourful summery selfie.

Steven Bray, the general manager at the Scarborough, said: “We wanted to make sure we brighten up the holidays for families come rain or shine.”

To be in with a chance of bagging the family holiday, locals just need to post a summery photo of their family on the Hungry Horse Facebook page www.facebook.com/HungryHorsePubs before Friday 29 August.
