Young stars to shine at Whitby Pavilion show

Some of the best young dancers in the Whitby and district area will be showcasing their talent later this month.

Youth drama school Colebrooke Productions will present an extravaganza of dance, drama and song for a two night run over two shows.

Directed by brother and sister Chris and Chanelle Colebrooke, the local drama school will take to the stage at Whitby Pavilion on Friday, February 21 and Saturday, February 22.

After celebrating its fifth birthday in summer of last year, Colebrooke Productions return with another show filled with drama, dance and song performed by the budding young actors at the Whitby performing arts school.

The Colebrooke Productions youngsters are set to shine at Whitby Pavilion.

With stories dramatic re-told from well-known classics, fabulous freestyle and contemporary routines and musical performances to rival last year’s show.

Chris Colebrooke, the school’s principal, said: “This is a show not to be missed.

“We’ve been working on it since late October, which is late for us, but this was due to half the troupe performing in Disneyland Paris.

“It’s a family produced show. This really will be a show for everyone”.

The shows will be filled with drama, dance and song.
