We all know someone who is doing an amazing job as an NHS worker, carer, supermarket worker, delivery driver, teacher, and a host of other occupations.

However, at The Scarborough News, we also know that thousands of people are doing exactly what the Government has asked them to, staying at home, protecting the NHS and saving lives.

We want to celebrate the people of Scarborough who are doing their bit by staying at home.

We know that staying home can be a little... well… boring sometimes, but we’re amazed at the creativity being shown by some of our readers.

We’re putting together a feature about our Stay at Home Heroes and we’d love to see and hear about what you’re doing to keep yourselves, and your children entertained.

Filey resident Helen Elizabeth Vennart Brown has bought the sea to her with this impressive fence mural in her back yard.
