PATIENTS are being asked to give their views on how their visits to Scarborough Hospital can be improved.
Scarborough Hospital is asking for feedback about how it can improve the information it provides and help that is available when patients and visitors first arrive at the hospital.
Changes are being made at the hospital and although new signs have been installed patients are still unsure about where they need to go.
Nicki McNaney, director of nursing, said: “Coming into hospital, both as a patient and visitor can be quite stressful especially if you are not sure where you need to go and what you need to do,
“This is why we have decided to ask patients for their comments as to how we can make improvements to the information that we provide when they first enter the hospital and the help that is available.”
She added that the feedback will affect any future improvements that will be made.
