A “coffee and chat” focus group is taking place on Tuesday at The Whitby Mission & Seafarers’ Centre on Haggersgate between 11am and 1pm.

It is being organised by Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group (HRW CCG).

The focus group will involve open-ended questions for group discussion as well as group activities. Refreshments will also be provided.

Janet Probert, chief officer for HRW CCG said: “We are holding a series of focus groups to discover what people understand by access to GP services, and how they really feel about what is currently available.”

“Although patients in our area have voted us ‘the best in the country’ for GP patient experience for three years in a row, we want to ensure our patients are able to access the right care, at the right time.”

If you would like to register your views and cannot attend this session email [email protected] or call 01609 767621 or write to Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton North Yorkshire, DL6 2UU.
