Kids get creative

BUDDING young designers have been getting creative as part of a competition with a Whitby based law firm.

A competition, organised by Pinkney Grunwells Lawyers LLP, was held at Ruswarp School where the children were invited to design a Welcome to your New Home card.

Nicky Grunwell from the firm said: “There were lots of fantastic entries which made the judging a very difficult job.

“After much deliberation, Elliott Locker won the Key Stage One section and Heidi Price the Key Stage Two, each receiving a family ticket to the Scarborough Sea Life Centre. Heidi’s design was also chosen as the overall winner which will be printed and made into the new cards.

“These will be sent to every Pinkney Grunwells client once their purchase is complete. All entrants received a prize for taking part.”

Pinkney Grunwells Lawyers LLP is a long established legal firm with offices in Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington and Hunmanby covering most aspects of law.

With highly trained, professional staff they offer common sense advice and like to support the local communities.
