Theft of high value bikes from Glaisdale shed

A collection of bikes worth around £9000 have been stolen during a shed break-in at a property in Glaisdale.

It happened sometime overnight between last Wednesday and Thursday (January 8 and 9).

The bikes stolen in the break-in are described as follows; a white and black Norco-Sight 2 full Suspension mountain bike; a green Giant-Reign full suspension mountain bike; a red and black Specialized Crux racing bike; a white, blue and green Pinarello FP Due racing bike; a white and pink Specialized Ruby ladies racing bike.

Officers are appealing to anyone who has been offered the bikes for sale or has any other information about the theft to get in touch.

They are also appealing for witnesses to the incident or anyone who can help officers with their enquiries.
