Officers stopped the pair on Friday nigh after spotting that the Mercedes they were in had a brake light out and a fog light lit.

Police then discovered that the car was being driven without being insured.

The vehicle was seized and police reported the driver for having no insurance and both the driver and passenger for contravening the coronavirus restrictions.
