Police hunting vandals after car in Whitby had three tyres slashed

Police are hunting vandals who slashed three tyres of a car in Whitby.

The damage happened on Abbots Walk at around 10pm on Monday.

Two teenage boys - aged between 16 and 17 - were seen in the area and seen running off towards Abbots Road.

They were described as wearing dark clothing and hooded tops.

Anybody with information about the damage or who saw anything suspicious in the area at the time should contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, press one and ask to speak to Jonathan Formstone.
