The organisers also raised £127 for the local charity WHISH by running two raffles.

Organiser Hannah Barnett-Savage said: “The show involved over 150 students from: my private classes and children from West Cliff Primary School year 2 and dance club, Airy Hill Primary School year 3 and 4, St Hilda’s Primary School Class 3, and Lythe Primary School class 2.

“Let’s Move 2016! was the first performance experience for many of the children involved and they loved it!

“They couldn’t wait to do it again after they had finished the first show.

“It is also great the money from the raffles will be going to help and support children in the town.

“Next is the Summer Performance Workshops in the Summer holidays. This will be musical theatre, showcasing dance, singing, drama, costume and set making.”
