Whitby grabbed a fine 95-run victory against Saltburn in the North Yorkshire South Durham Division One.
Whitby were bowled out for 150 by the Saltburn attack, with 48 from Jono Chapman and 36 from Paul Buck providing the batting highlights.
Saltburn looked in useful shape on 45-3 and 74-5, but they lost their last five wickets for just 21 runs and Whitby claimed the win.
Chapman continued his all-round form with a haul of 3-29, while skipper James Hall took 4-28.
Whitby 2nds were on the wrong end of a 59-run defeat against Barnard Castle in Division Two.
Castle charged their way to 228-7 from their overs, as Joseph Husband took 3-57 and Corey Hart picked up 2-42.
The Whitby lads were looking good on 70-2, but after the stand from Mark Jackson (36) and Jack Lyth (42) was broken they began to crumble.
Joseph Husband rallied late on with a quickfire 41 not out, but Castle saw off his partners to wrap up the win.
