Marquees are opened to the public after lunch and people will be able to take a look at the entries into the vast array of other classes which cover pigeons, rabbits, vegetables, jams, home-baking and handicrafts.

Meanwhile, in the show ring there will be horse and pony classes as well as show jumping.

Throughout the day other attractions include Whitby Falconers and their birds of prey, the Elaine Hill Sheep Dog Demonstration and Steve Iredale will demonstrate wood carving skills with a chain saw.

These unique carvings will be available for sale once completed.
