HELMSLEY ARTS CENTRE:Amy Rose Clyfan presents an exhibition focusing on creating still-life compositions which celebrate her love of plant life, ceramics and patterns. Runs until April 1.

SCARBOROUGH ART GALLERY, THE CRESCENT: Mystery, Magic and Midnight Feasts – The Many Adventures of Enid Blyton. March 26 to June 26. This is the first ever major exhibition celebrating the life and work of celebrated children’s author Enid Blyton. On tour to Scarborough Art Gallery, this exciting exhibition has been created by Seven Stories, National Centre for Children’s Books. Many exhibits will be on public display for the first time, revealing Blyton’s creative imagination and the events that shaped her life and storytelling. Tickets: £3 for a year pass.
