Beyond Housing hails young apprentices at graduation ceremony

Beyond Housing recently held a special event to recognise the achievements of its apprentices.

The graduation ceremony was held at Raithwaite Estate, Sandsend, and celebrated the hard work of 11 young people who have completed their apprenticeships.

A further nine who have finished their Level 2 awards and will now move on to finish their training were also applauded for their commitment.

The graduation certificates were presented by chief executive Rosemary Du Rose, chair of the board, James Hayward and special guest, renowned marine engineer Sir Michael Carlisle, who shared his inspiring story with the audience.

Liberty Cottle, who has completed her Level 2 qualification in Accounting, received the award for Apprentice of the Year.

Rosemary Du Rose, chief executive of Beyond Housing, added: “We are so proud of the amazing commitment and dedication of all our apprentices who make an invaluable contribution to our work at Beyond Housing.”
