Welcoming view of Robin Hood’s Bay will make a statement in any online meeting
Welcome to Yorkshire has launched 52 free stunning online backdrops of iconic Yorkshire landscapes, including one of Robin Hood’s Bay.
The organisation has created a collection of virtual backgrounds to promote the county’s locations in anticipation of a reopening of tourism, which pre-pandemic was worth a staggering £9bn to the Yorkshire economy.
Ana Cross on Spaunton Moor above Rosedale Abbey in the North York Moors National Park also features in the backdrop campaign.
Welcome to Yorkshire chief executive James Mason said: “As the world continues to communicate and catch up virtually, the team want to offer some striking and stunning scenes to showcase the region that everyone with a love of the county can use.
“People can choose images which are particularly special to them. The breathtaking backdrops are a fantastic talking point in any meeting.
“The backdrops are free to Welcome to Yorkshire members, but considering a contribution to Yorkshire Cancer Research would be very much appreciated.”
The backdrops can be downloaded at industry.yorkshire.com/resources/virtual-yorkshire-backgrounds but a donation to Welcome to Yorkshire’s partner charity, Yorkshire Cancer Research, is being encouraged yorkshirecancerresearch.org.uk/donate/welcome-to-yorkshire.
