As of today, hotels and bed and breakfast accommodation can welcome guests; cafes, pubs and restaurants can serve people inside; museums, theatres, cinemas and children's play areas can open; and exercise classes can restart indoors.
Restrictions on socialising are easing too, with groups of up to 30 now able to meet outdoors, six people or two households allowed to meet indoors, and overnight stays able to take place.

Hide AdCare home residents can have up to five named visitors and are being given more freedom for visits out of the home.
And the Government says it is now people’s “personal choice” on whether to keep their distance from family and friends outside of their households but are urging people to be cautious.
Popular Scarborough café The Hideout was counting down the hours until it could reopen its doors today.
General Manager Jordan Padgham said everyone there is very excited about welcoming customers back inside.

The café, on Columbus Ravine,has bought 100 copies of the book ‘My Journey Home’ by local author Hannah Green to support her and her chosen charity, the Wave Project.
Hannah will be at the cafe from noon today signing a free copy of the book for 30 customers.
The cafe will then sell the remaining books for £10 each to support the Wave Project - a charity that uses surfing to help young people with mental health issues.

Hide AdJames Mason, Chief Executive of Welcome to Yorkshire, will also be calling in to The Hideout today.
“The lockdown has been hard, but it has given us the opportunity to make some improvements which we know will be appreciated by our customers,” added Jordan. “We look forward to welcoming all those customers, old and new, back to The Hideout.”
