THE Zutons – who play Dalby Forest on Friday 27 June in a mega outdoor gig – will be releasing a new single and album in the run-up to their forest date.
The Liverpool band will launch a fantastic weekend of music in Dalby, near Pickering, with legendary rockers Status Quo playing the following night on 28 June.
Forest chiefs report healthy tickets sales – good news for the environment as profits will be ploughed back into the care of local woods.
The Zutons' new album You Can Do Anything is being released through Deltasonic on Monday 2 June.
You Can Do Anything is the follow-up to the multi platinum selling albums Tired Of Hanging Around and the Nationwide Mercury Prize nominated debut Who Killed The Zutons? A single, Always Right Behind You, is available for download two weeks earlier on 19 May and on CD single and 7" vinyl on 26 May.
Tickets are priced at £26, subject to booking fee and are available from ticket hotline on (01842) 814612 or online at www.forestry.gov.uk/music or www.gigsandtours.com
