HUNDREDS of people flocked to Whitby Pavilion at the weekend for what was to be the last World Music Festival in the town.
The event, organised by Musicport, is switching to Bridlington's Spa Complex next year.

But the final musical extravaganza in Whitby went off with a bang with the cream of the world's musical talent wowing the crowds.

Photographer Dave Barry, from our sister newspaper, the Scarborough Evening News, was on hand to take the following pictures in our fabulous gallery.

The pictures can be ordered by calling our reception team on (01947) 602836.
