Two days left to open-air concert

GOATHLAND'S Mallyan Spout Hotel is to play host to an open air fund-raiser in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance on Sunday.
Acts include The Committee, Wasting Charlie, Carl Robinson, Something Nasty in the Woodshed and the line-up will be topped off by The Ultimate Tribute Show.
Gates open at 3.30pm and the entertainment begins at 4pm.
Other attractions include a bucking bronco and barbecue.
Tickets are available from VIPs Hair Salon in Whitby and from the Mallyan Spout Hotel reception in Goathland or by calling the hotel on (01947) 896206.
Tickets can be bought in advance priced £7 adults, children U16 £3.50 or on the day – £9 adults, children under 16 £4.50.
Winners of the Whitby Gazette's competition to win one of two family tickets to the show were Mary Nellis and Enid Winspear.
