MUSIC-lovers can now take advantage of a recession-busting season ticket for Whitby Pavilion's Sunday evening concerts.
For the first time, the Pavilion is offering a Sunday evening concert ticket which entitles the holder to all 12 Sunday evening concert performances for the price of £35 concessions and £40 for adults.

The Sunday evening concert season at Whitby Pavilion runs for 12 weeks from this Sunday to 30 August inclusive and individual tickets are priced at just £4.25 for concessions and £4.85 for adults.

This means 12 excellent concerts at a saving of more than 15.

This Sunday's concert will be Opera Nova Goes to the Movies when they will perform songs from some of people's most cherished films.

And the following Sunday it will be the turn of the popular Dalesman Singers who will give a spectacular concert on 21 June. The rest of the acts appearing are:

The Brass Players: Sunday 28 June
Whitby Music Centre: Sunday 5 July
Simply Brass: Sunday 12 July
Fishburn Band: Sunday 19 July
Fanfare Band: Sunday 26 July
East Yorkshire Motor Services Brass Band: Sunday 2 August
The Dave Clegg Band and Singers: Sunday 9 August
North Skelton Band formerly Langbarugh Brass: Sunday 16 August
Retford Male Voice Choir: Sunday 23 August
The Geoff Laycock Big Band: Sunday 30 August

The ticket desk is open daily in the theatre foyer from 11am to 3pm and until 8pm on performance days or call the booking office on (01947) 604855.
