Esk Valley Theatre is on the look out for volunteers

A popular Glaisdale theatre is on the urgent look out for volunteers to help stage its next production.

This year the Esk Valley Theatre is celebrating it’s 10th anniversary and is looking for new front of house volunteers to join in with the forthcoming production of ‘One for the Road’.

The Show runs from August 7 to 30 and organiser Sheila Carter is keen to hear from anyone across the Esk Valley and Whitby area who thinks they can help out.

She said: “If you are aged 16 or over and can spare one or more evenings or afternoons per week, then the theatre would love to hear from you. It’s fun and a great way to meet new people and support a local community event.”

An event is being held at The Robinson Institute in Glaisdale on Wednesday June 4 at 7pm where anyone who is interested can find out more information.

Alternatively, call Sheila Carter on (01947) 897587.
