Whitby's National Scooter Rally attracted more than 3,000 revellers this weekend.
Enthusiasts from as far afield as Germany, Holland and France joined others from all parts of the UK to take part in the event.
Richard Martin, a Whitby-based Yorkshire Scooter Alliance committee member, said: "It was absolutely superb – our busiest weekend in years.
"The event went off really well with no trouble whatsoever.
"Thanks to all local b&bs, pubs and clubs who have all been great, especially Karen, manager at The Met and Steve Foster from VFM who organised the event."
More than 1,000 enthusiasts camped at Broad Ings Farm, on the outskirts of Whitby, for the two-night event which was first established in the early 1980s.
Entertainment at Whitby Pavilion included live bands and top rally DJs.
Meanwhile, Whitby Scooter Club scooped four trophies in the Custom Show.
Whitby Police Sergeant Steve Pearse said the weekend had passed off peacefully and with no trouble.
