Record entry for Beckside Livery

BECKSIDE Livery stables held the first in its summer series of dressage competitions with a record entry, as more than 40 tests were ridden.

The intro class was judged by Thelma Else, with first-timer to dressage Tricia Cole and her cob Oliver taking top spot.

In the intro junior section, Emilia Fandaoutsaki riding Belle was the winner.

The prelim and novice judge was Marge Coultard from Driffield, heading both classes was Rachel Tolhurst on Chloe Eclipse which was a fantastic achievement for them both as the mare was nearly put down last year due to a serious illness.

The next competition is on 20 May - first-timers are welcome come to have a go.
