Fyling Hall swimmers make a splash
FYLING Hall Junior School youngsters made waves at their annual swimming gala recently.
All pupils from ages four to 11 took part in the event on 20 May at Whitby Leisure Centre, which saw Endeavour House closely beat Resolution House to win the swimming cup with a score of 295 points to 285.
Sportsmanship and superb swimming skills were demonstrated by all the pupils, watched by parents and friends.
Headmaster Ken James proudly presented Endeavour House's team captains Zoe Catlett and Alfie Husband with the swimming cup trophy.
