Hinderwell grab first away win of campaign

HINDERWELL claimed their first away win of the season, at the Bull’s Head.

After an even start, Hinderwell took the lead on 19 minutes and the doubled it on the half hour.

Bulls pulled a goal back two minutes prior to half-time when a mis-hit cross by Adam McFarlane was picked up by James Rowe on the edge of the box and he fired the ball into the goal.

Bulls then did their all too familiar trick of conceding straight away, giving Hinderwell a 3-1 lead the break.

Hinderwell added another straight after the interval for 4-1 but Bulls pulled one back on 54 minutes, when a Rowe free-kick was fumbled by the keeper and Ryan Peebles followed in to score.

Mike Lamb then missed a chance to reduce the score when his penalty hit the post and bounced away.

Hinderwell came away worthy winners an claimed their first away win of the season.
