HINDERWELL were hit by a second half blitz by near neighbours Loftus.

With Joe Jackson in scintillating form playing in the heart of the defence, his surging runs forward saw him collect a brace of goals, his first a well directed header from a free kick his second came after a corner.

Matty Griffin continued his goal scoring spree netting from the penalty spot.

A brief good spell from Hinderwell and a goal from Joe Harland ensured the visitors were still in the game at the interval but a seven-goal blitz for Loftus in the second half, sank any hopes of a comeback, with Greg Peel scoring twice.

Further goals were added by Hume, Morrison, Smithies and Douthwaite.
