Bull’s charge back to defeat Hinderwell

HINDERWELL were looking good for maximum points at 3-1 up but came unstuck when Bull’s Head charged back to win.

The first goal of a feast to follow came on 17 minutes when Clennan scored for Hinderwell.

Foster then doubled their lead and Hindewell looked comfortable. Bulls were struggling to get in the game but were given encouragement when Andy Brunton volleyed in from 10 yards when Hinderwell failed to clear.

Hinderwell regained their two-goal lead on 40 minutes as a result of more Bulls’ poor defending, with Clennan claiming his second.

Bulls were still struggling to get in to this game but pulled one back through Marc Stonehouse’s deflected shot.

This spurred Bulls on and two minutes later they levelled, following a scramble for the ball and Mark Richardson volleyed in a cracking drive from 18 yards.

On 75 minutes, Bull’s got the goal that secured the points through Andy Brunton with a volleyed shot from 16 yards, leaving Hinderwell wondering how they lost.
