FYLINGDALES’ first string continued their drive for promotion when they visited Scalby 2nds on Saturday and came back over the moor on a high.
Dales posted 175/7, with Peter Hinchliffe again showing his class.
He was partnered by Mark Estill (26) and Philip Stentiford, who played a controlled innings of 29 not out.
Tucker also played a short entertaining knock in the final overs but was run out.
In reply, Scalby were outplayed as they slumped to 61 all out.
Martin Cairns took early wickets and returned figures of 4-43, together with a further blistering spell from Mark Estill who, after five overs, was wicketless for only two runs then finished with 6-12 off 12,4 overs with eight being maidens.
