I see once again the gas board are holding up traffic on Ruswarp Bank.
Why do they need traffic lights, a load of yellow railings and a plethora of cones just to dig a couple of holes in the pavement?
God only knows it wouldn’t be so bad if you ever saw anybody working there but you don’t.
The council should charge firms like Northern Gas and BT £50,000 per day for putting up traffic lights, it might brighten their ideas up a bit.
But I suppose it wouldn’t make any difference they would only add it on the price of these very overcharged services.
In all reality if we the customers were paying them direct you wouldn’t pay them in bent washers or even employ them. They milk the system to death and nobody in their higher management cares tuppance - no wonder the price of utilities is so high .
