I read with interest the article about the dog ban on the beach.
When I visited at the weekend bank holiday I was surprised that several people were ignoring the ban and there was no sign of the dog warden to be seen anywhere.
There also seemed to be a lack of signs warning people of the ban.
There was a sign on the sea wall promenade when you entered the ban area.
There was also a sign at the side of the bouncing castle, which was obstructed by the bouncing castle and probably wouldn’t be seen by many people.
There were also three warnings on the slip road to the beach.
I can’t understand why there were three signs, bearing in mind there were no signs on the promenade wall or the wall under the amusement area.
