From cake bakes to fancy dress days, from bathing in beans to recording charity singles, people from across the district will be doing their bit for Children in Need this week.
The annual event takes place on Friday this week and is expected to smash last year’s total of £32.6m.
The money raised goes towards helping disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.
Children in Need inspires people around the district to do interesting and fun fundraisers which make others laugh, join in, and most importantly, donate.
The Whitby Gazette would like to hear all about what you did to raise money for the national appeal.
Or have you got your little one dressed up in Pudsey Bear themed outfits?
Send your pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and they could feature in an online slideshow or in next week’s paper.
Please include a brief summary of what you have been doing along with a contact telephone number.
For pictures of individual children, please send in the name and age of the child.
You can share pictures on Facebook by posting them the Whitby Gazette page or tweet @gazetteinwhitby if you’re on Twitter.
