GENEROUS pub goers teamed up with bikers to help raise a cracking £2,500 for a children’s charity.

Around 120 bikers visited the Hare and Hounds pub at Hawsker on Easter Sunday for refreshments.

The group were the Kilham Wednesday Night Bikers and were on their annual Easter run raising funds for May Lodge in Scarborough, a respite care home for children with various illnesses and disabilities.

More than £2,500 was raised on the day and the pub contributed with various prizes and Easter hampers.
