An outboard motor was stolen from the cabin cruiser Gemini

 

Thieves have struck again in Whitby, this time targeting a boat moored in the harbour.

An outboard motor worth £590 was taken from the 18ft long cabin cruiser Gemini, which was moored at pontoons beside Church Street.

The theft took place between the end of February and Saturday April 5 when the offenders made off with a blue Mercury F3.5m motor, which carries the serial number OR383260.

Whitby police are appealing to anyone with information about the theft to contact them with information.
