Walker found safe and well

A WALKER who went missing from Robin Hood’s Bay has been found safe and well.

Alan McLean was located in Huddersfield, where he is from, at around 6.30pm on Monday evening.

Search teams had been scouring the coastline and cindertrack for Mr McLean who hadn’t been seen since he left his guesthouse at 11.15am on Sunday.

North Yorkshire Police thanked the public and the media for their help with the search.
