ROAD works on Whitby to Scarborough road lead to delays
DRAINAGE work on the A171 near Pond Hill will cause disruption to traffic this week.
North Yorkshire County Council Highways told the Whitby Gazette it was carrying out essential drainage work.
While the traffic control measures are in place the council will also be refilling salt boxes.
The works is expected to last until the end of the week.
