Man admits affray charge

A WHITBY man has been given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for a year after pleading guilty to affray.

Stuart Andrew Wilson (23) of Upgang Lane admitted the offence at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court.

He was also ordered to pay 360 to the victim, 250 costs and will have to complete 150 hours unpaid work.

The charges related to an incident on 15 March in Whitby.
