Duncan Taylor, High Terrace, Glaisdale £165 fine, £15 victim surcharge and £45 costs for speeding. Shirley Jean Smith, Lowdale Lane, Sleights £60 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £45 costs for speeding. Kimberley Sutherland, Auckland Way, Whitby £35 fine, £15 victim surcharge for speeding. Arthur Robert Broadley, Bagdale, Whitby £300 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
