Children rolling back the years
CHILDREN at Ruswarp Church of England Primary School have been busy both in and out of the classroom.
The school prides itself on giving its children a fully interactive education.
This term, the learners' class has been studying the Second World War.
The pupils have dressed up in period clothing to help them get into the spirit of the time.
They enjoyed the experience and also found it very helpful in their quest to learn more about the subject.
Headteacher Victoria Hewison said it had been a great day and the first of many activities lined up for the rest of the year.
